One of my most ambitious song and, i must say, one of my best productions.
I cannot tell the genre, if you have some idea to tag this music please tell me!
You can also watch the video of this piece on youtube. In this song i play the following instruments (in order of appearance):
Drying clothes rack – look here for furhter informations...i want to stress that all the instruments were played and recorded by myslef at home (i admit i have some difficult with some of them and i used a lot of audio editing! ), and that the only samples are the one from the piano (anyway played with my keyboard) and the percussion/drums.

Published on Remix C64 - RKO. It is the remake, with Garritan Personal Orchestra of a song from the videogame OUT RUN - Magical Sound Shower
An orchestral piece, realised with Garritan Personal Orchestra and a live flute. Soundtrack style, in particular for some "opening title" video.
A song i made for a "sport video". Electronics and synths.
Meaning "In your silence". A piano-solo piece sad and malinchonic
The sword of the King (1 MB)
An unfinished song, nevertheless it appears on the Garritan Orchestral Library official page. It is a pure pwoer metal piece, with distorted guitar and epic orchestrations
AniMater (3.8 MB)
A typical new-age song, in which a delayed piano is supported by a looped rhythm section and a melody sang by flutes
Fantasia for percussions (1.5 MB)
A piece entirely for orchestral percussion, written for the first contest of the newsgroup it.comp.musica
All the sounds are from Garritan Personal Orchestra
Alchemical Initiation (2.8 MB)
A short piece with a gothic and mysterious mood, written for the True Strike demo contest of Project SAM Percussivi sounds are the freeware from True Strike library, all the others from Garritan Personal Orchestra
Listz, Notturno n°3 (1.4 MB)
A very simple arrangement of a Listz nocturne. I foudn a very simplified sheet of the piano part, and i added my own line of violin and cello. All the sounds are from Garritan Personal Orchestra
Space Kake (2.8 MB)
An electronic improvisation with synth and guitar made with a friend of mine, Federico Zampella. We did it everything in some hours in an afternoon... A drum loop, a minimoog emulation, a guitar and some filtering...
Konig (3.9 MB)
Bass on this song was played by Emiliano Zampella. If you are a sax player and you'd like to re-record the sax line on this song please contact me!!
Flowers (3.1 MB)
This is guitar/synth improvisation with my friend Rodolfo Villani. All the song was recorded "on the fly" on one track and there is no successive mix
Footsteps on the sand (3.2MB)
An experiment with the delay. Guitar sound is obtained by setting a delay at exactly 9 ms with a lot of feedback. Guitar solo is improvised.
Kanon D-Dur (4.8 MB)
My version of a famous Pachelbel Kanon. Some people will find this horrible, but for me it was a sort of "reading exercise", because I played the guitar while I was reading the notes on the staff
Saturno (2 MB)
Ritornando (1.2 MB)
The Dancer (1.9 MB)
Another experiment... the songs is based on a guitar loop (ONLY ONE guitar!) processed by four different Pulsar pitch shifters, whose pan and volume was controlled in real time with my Midibox. The basic ideas comes form Steve Vai's "Ballerina" (Passion and Warfare) - but there is a BIG difference between guitar players!!!
Zak mc Kracken (1.5 MB)
Someone remember this? It is probably one of the best adventure ever, and we are speaking about a game published in 1988 for Commodore C=64!!
The song will appear on the sequel Zak McKracken and the lonely sea monster
With my SID Synth i decided to rewrite the intro music of this classic, also to learn something more about my new sound machine. The sounds and the arrangement is very close to the original songs, composed by Kane & Grigg. All what you listen come only from the SID, including the drums, overdubbed in Cakewalk. Creamware Pulsar effects were then applied to the single tracks. You can find more info at my SID page and you can download the SID Drum set at my Free Samlpes page.
Bach's "Air on the Fourth String"
My version of this masterpiece, recorded with a live flute played myself, electric guitar, an oboe from Garritan Personal Orchestra. This song was re-recorded and now it is part of my "Icaro" album
Pachelbel's Kanon in D-Dur (Orchestral version)
Another version, this time fully orchestrated with Garritan Personal Orchestra , of this masterpiece. I tried to build up a orchestra with full string section (first and second violins section, violas, celli, basses) and several woodwinds (flute, oboe, english horns) and arrange the various parts to construc a sort of "dialogue" between the different instruments. This song was re-recorded and now it is part of my "Icaro" album
