Violin - The last inca dream |

The violin is one of most beatiful instruments that exists. But I cannot play it! I have found this one on ebay back in 2000 for the equivalent of about 30€. I remember that the first times I tried to produce a note it sounded more or less like a tortured cat...
Year later I learnt to play the erhu and, after that, I discovered that could handle the violin bow much better... so I have tried again a couple of times to play some notes and they were not so terrible as at the beginning.
When I recorded "the last inca dream" I managed to produce some simple chords by overlaying several violin recordings. I admit I used a tune correction on Sonar to get the proper intonation, but I was surprised to be able to make this instrument even to produce an audible sound!
